#509 RE: thepennyking #507

As in tortious interference with your agreement with Ali and Munden?

I couldn't say, not knowing the details of that agreement (hint hint hint!).

Did Ali & Munden resign as directors in May 03, or as officers, or both, or did they just "resign"? I guess if they held the majority of votes, they could have re-appointed themselves afterwards - dunno. If so, would have been nice to tell the other s/holders at the time.

This was in a Jan 16 2004 PR signed by Mataras:

El Paso, Texas - Telynx. Inc., formerly Cambio, Inc., a publicly traded company quoted on the pink sheets under the symbol TLXX.PK, has announced that former Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director Ali Al-Dawhi, former Director, President and Chief Operating Officer Scott Munden, former Director Ziad El-Dukair, and former interim Director and interim Secretary Sandra L Gabor, have each officially resigned from the Board as Officers and Directors of the company.

This leaves open the question of exactly when they were supposed to have resigned, but anyway - how can Ali & Munden sign a deal with Mataras on behalf of TLXX when Mataras himself has issued a previous PR saying they've resigned? If they reappointed themselves after Jan 16, where's the notification?

Who appointed Mataras company sec anyway? If it was you, TPK, and Mataras now says that you were never really a director (and maybe that none of that slew of director appointments announced over the last 12 months were valid) - then how is his appointment valid?
