FWIW, my boy said there are no court cases CSTC is in, just working on the share discrepency as Haraburda issued approximately 33 million shares or so (as far as I can tell, could be much more) via the SB-2s when he should not have, as a pinksheet can not issue via SB-2s

He then filed the RW (withdraw of SB-2), but I believe Etrade 'loaned' him the shares to sell in between filings. And sold them Etrade did. Then haraburda couldn't deliver the shares as he was not legally able to do it via the SB-2.

I believe that is why etrade had this restricted all last winter and still causing the issues now. They can't turn in the old imtd shares per the TAs request to get the new cstc shares, because they don't have them! So how does it get resolved? Haraburda buy approximately 33 million shares? Etrade buy approximately 33 million shares? Cancel the approx 33 million shares? Can't cancel them, how would non-converted imtd share holders get what is right fully theirs?

Talked with Etrade. I gave them the information about the SB-2 and withdrawal request. They were able to confirm knowledge of the SB-2 sales, but did not acknowledge they were broker used for SB-2 sales. They are going to provide information to corporate action department, including to search for withdrawal request for the former CEO of IMTD.

The only solution they offered right now is 'ghosting' shares with a short sell on the IMTD shares. The person believed this is what the other brokerage firms have done in order to show the IMTD shares as CSTC shares. It was stated a risk, but would solve issue for clearing shares to be traded. They did acknowledge other Etrade customers are experiencing same issue, but did not provide how many.

PLEASE: including to search for withdrawal request for the former CEO of IMTD.

LOOK AT THE FILINGS ETURD NUMNUTS! I found it in 30 seconds.

Man up and buy them back! No wonder this is so thin!
