Toiyabe Mines purchased from Toiyabe Resources LLC a Nevada Company (the uranamium mines from the web page and the PR)
Nevada SOS has no record of an active or inactive company called Toiyabe Resources LLC. I looked at the begining of this year. Of course it is possible that they changed the name of the company, the search would not pick that up. But in all of the internet search engines, Toiyabe Resources is ONLY mentioned in conjunction with ABVG. Makes you think that company was ahhhh made up? I did come across one reference (sorry I don't remember details) that suggested that this shell may have been briefly named Toiyabe Resources.
Parin Mining Properties - no mention of the company that sold them, but Parin Mining ONLY appears in the internet search engines in conjunction with ABVG.
Dun Glen - Supposedly bought from Jimmy ?Garst?. He now appears to deny this, (ask LRB he spoke to him, months ago)
Certainly there is no evidence of production as was supposed to be started per a PR.
The Russian mines?? Thats when it really got funny. Made up place names where the mines were supposed to be located. Names of locations given multiple spellings in the same PR NOTHING was verifiable.
I think it is safe to assume that there never were any actual mines, but feel free to ask the new President. I'm sure the answer will be along the lines of "we have no connection to prior management or their claims"
