This is a wait and hold situation IMO. Was, is and will continue to be a lotto. Not sure about the new company. IMO if Mr. Santini does what he says he is going to do, we all see those divi's in our accounts, most will be more inclined to go into the new company looking ahead to the future. Something is afoot, though. IMO. Friday's PR said something about a deal. What kind of deal has a company dividing up its assets and the CEO forming a new company? I sure don't know, but as of today, I was promised a minimum of .017 cents per share for my .0001 per share buy. That just sounds good to me, so I hold and wait.
