Santini's new company will be "GOLDCO" of course he will bring along current shareholders in the form of restricted shares from the FFGO divvy.

Do you really think santani is not going to fullfil this promise, especially if he is going to run another public company. The bashers would only follow him to that company. It is in his best interest to make true on the what was stated and allow those shareholders follow him.
