Considering that the U.S. has lost its manufacturing base and now has to import most of it necessities, this would have a bad affect on interior commerce. Considering that China exports its goods, it won't fare very well either. This would be cause for China, and maybe Japan, to go to war against Israel.
Considering that the whole world runs on oil, world trade would almost disappear while what available oil there would be would go to the militaries. It's insane for Israel to even contemplate making war on Iran as Iran would block the Strait of Hormuz by destroying the ships there.
Since I assume you coach during the day, you probably don't get to watch CNBC. Well, well, well.....for weeks they've been talking about $80 oil or lower and lessening demand for energy. Today they changed their tune! I pretty much know when they talk about something positively all the time, the stock is getting ready to go down and visa versa.:)
