Their response to that is that we pushed all the way into Bagdad to combat a threat which posed no immediate danger to US citizens whereas the Georgian threat directly affected and killed some of it's 70,000 citizens in South Ossettia. They are laughing at our so called outrage as well they probably should. it seems quite hypocritical under the circumstances.
They know as do we that the only reason we give a damn about Georgia is due to the fact that there is a Caspian sea oil pipeline which runs from Azerbaijan through Georgia to Turkey. That is what it is all really about.
The only direct accusations at Russia that I've read is that their response was excessive and they should not have pushed so far into Georgia. But nothing to remove blame from Georgia.
