hope they spend a lot of time on this part. IMO It's the one aspect management has been a little too tight-lipped on.

This is our decade boss! It takes some to get smacked right in the center of their face before they realize what a story is being layed out right here. Some people never hear anything! Patience, humility, and much gratitude to be a witness! I'm very lucky to be a witness! Their is no problem if I'm wrong either! The only people to reap life's great rewards are the ones that are not scared to risk what they believe in. If you don't go out on a limb you will never get the reward. That is where the fruit is!
