you understand more on this that the rest of us, since I'm sure you don't just blindly believe everything you read, please enlighten the rest on how you think they went about verifying with 100% certainty that they in fact have a short position in their company of 44 million shares?

Call the TA, the OS went up last week, is that from the shorters or the company, you tell me. Also the float has gone up considerably the past 3 months, is that from the shorters or the company? Funny thing is, before chad jumped onto this ship they had a very slow burn rate, now shares are going out the door at a rapid pace. The last time I asked chad about dillution, when the last REGDEX filing came out he denied it and said they were actually retiring shares, yet the float increased and those "retired" shares were actually converted into preferred convertible shares, just another tricky way to hide dillution. Even chad says, don't count on IR for your DD, LOL.IMO
