Oh, that is someone else's idea and I copied his post. Personally if they are involved in this type of finance there is really no good entry point, just a downhill slide.
Point being is look at the conversion price and understand that the next price will likely be lower giving yet another signal of what the price should be by his opinion.
It does not matter how much you like the company or the potential, with this type of finance in play, close the coffin. You might want to look up UNCO PR and have a look at the lawsuit filed last week over this type of financing. FYI.
