Looks like this story is finally coming to a close, just the sentencing now on Jim Plant the CEO who plead guilty to stock fraud charges, the "conspiracy" theories have been proven false and it appears some were "duped" more than once on this stock, some had faith that Jim Plant was somehow innocent in all of this but in the end he plead guilty,he signed the fins, he made the shareholder videos stating they had coin in the bank from Govt. Contracts that never existed. Common sense applied on this one and DD was offered up early on for those that choose to look on both sides of the fence here, some did and got out with minimal losses, others held and took a bath, a tax write off and lesson learned, Rule #1 is never trust a CEO who uses a Gagged Transfer Agent, Shareholders always seem to end up suffering huge losses with that red flag present.
Many more indicators showed Jim Plant was not being truthful here and I imangine many more were involved, I hope they all go to jail and share the same cell.
