Just now the 12Z HWRF model is showing CAT 2 Landfall north of Tampa Bay near the Big bend or armpit of Florida.

Notice the trend here on these 12Z models is this further west movement with most now coming in north of Tampa giving it nearly another 12-18 hours over open water.
