Franchise update...

In connection with the implementation of our growth strategy to franchise the uWink concept, we have formed a subsidiary, uWink Franchise Corporation, to enter into agreements with our franchisees. On June 8, 2007, uWink Franchise Corporation entered into an area development agreement with OCC Partners, LLC for our first planned franchised restaurants. On August 11, 2008, this area development agreement was terminated due to OCC Partner's failure to secure a suitable location for the first planned restaurant. As a result of this termination, $20,000 of contingent area development fees held in escrow by an outside law firm were returned to OCC Partners. The return of these funds will have no effect on our financial statements because the escrowed $20,000 payment had not been previously reflected in our financials.

Well, I suppose we can hope the Hollywood & Mountain View locations are a big success and the Woodland Hills one picks up again along with lower expenses to keep them floating for a few more quarters....then they need a big licensing deal. The 10Q does say they will be in a senior citizen home or whatever in August -- see, I guess our seniors really ARE part of the target market. Maybe we can get that "Saturday night at 5pm being dinner hour" dude to go check it out for us...

Otherwise without a major deal and/or the two new restaurants to be a raving success, they will have to raise more money or they're screwed. There was a lot of chatter at the Hollywood Grand Opening about a major deal coming....was it the truth serum of the drinks or the delusion of the drinks? Stay tuned....we should hear something by the end of the year if the drunken chatter was truth serum.

Disclaimer -- my position is a tiny token one (for now), I am not recomended anybody buy, sell, or hold. But I am actively looking for a reason to re-load in the future. So far I don't have a solid one (yet).

You said..."No amount of quoting positive-sounding statements from their report will counter that sentiment." - So your posting of negative-sounding statements is how you really define being 'objective'? - Jeezzz, does one have to duplicate the entire report here in its entirety to make you happy...I would hope that most people that care, and can read with comprehension, simply go to such reports themselves and read the full details for themselves.

And My other comment was no attack, my way of saying, to take a breath, and come up for air! (just review your own rambling posting of BS posts if you still can not get that point!). - Another thing, had enough of your vulgarity with the holy sh_t's, and the reference's to my balls, and your "fart while speaking" type comments you like to make... - If you have to keep on rambling, at least keep it clean here TBG.

As requested TBG, here is a fact with my opinion: Your usual consistent posting of rambling or random gibberish and / or off-topic garbage just so you can post something..., then to usually say duh..."I dont know" at the end, is hardly any worthwhile contribution to the board - IMO.

BTW: uWink is fine, PPS is not - IMO. - And It's Not my concern if you can Never grasp the technological / software aspects and full potential of future uWink Solutions regarding other companies, their places, and interfacing with their equipment.
