It will take good news to move us up again. Todays news might have done it if it was released at the beginning of the day.
Very good news the law suit is settled.
The Financial plan remains somewhat hazy but likely refers to recent dilution to raise operating capital and puchase equipment. It doesn't mention those funds were raised through dilution although posters here have confirmed that through discussion with Doug E.
If we get producing substantially the next phases of Financing may not be necessary.
This was a good communications PR but I would have liked it at the open.
Future positive events and results should have us back at pre dilution prices quickly if there is more news to follow.
