one has to assume that either one or the other is happening, they do need alot of money to do what they are doing. from what I know of PIPE financing it is usually backed by shares so I don't understand the "shorted into the ground" remark. also with the very limited number of sells showing I can't see where it is being heavily shorted. I know you believe that the company is selling, but no one has has ever posted a resonable explanation of why there are no buyers on days with no AH. I know that people in HFBV follow this board so I'll say this loud and clear THE COMPANY NEEDS TO UPDATE THE OUTSTANDING SHARES!!
I do not understand AH trades so Take what I am posting with a gain of salt...Many times it has been posted on several of my plays that AH trades are not trades but just the MM's adjusting the day's trades. All sales are not posted then at the end of the day all comes out...Just another opinion, probably need to do some dd then I will know for sure...the argument goes both ways.
