I just spoke to John Samuel CEO.
Very postive call imo.
They have increased the AS from 120m LY to currently at 1.2b.
Of the 1.2b, about 450m held by board members. Another 450m held in escrow and another 50m with a few individual investors, so the float should be around 250m.

I asked about the possibility of the dreaded R/S and he said the company does not have plan to do that, as he knows the price would just go right back down.

He said there is going to be some good news in the next couple of weeks that will help support a higher PPS. Obviously he could not give any details/inside info.

I was very impressed, but realize this is a pink and anything can happen.

Seems like a great play with strong upside opportunity.
