Master that is the thing there is no contract until you get to the table to sign the closing. Before then you have verbal agreement by bith sides or even letter of intent but until final contract is signed on closing things can change. I have seen it more then once in the room to sign docs. Nothing is final until deal signed sealed and done. As far as update us no he was clear no more news until deal final.

If I were the CEO...I would not as would make
for larger SSquezze and have "all" investors very
happy and these could be classified as Material Events
to the negoiations, which has already been annoubced.
I would be thinking of the end result, not the short
term events.
