Sure hope these "multimillion dollar financing packages" do not include more huge dilution of shares. And "large gold exploration projects in California"? I thought they had "large gold exploration projects" in Alaska? This is new right? Geez, I sure hope they don't now throw millions at some new gold project in California considering they have thrown millions(?) at various gold projects in Alaska for decades (and copper & calcium carbonate mines elsewhere?) without any return on investment. Just more money sinks when their bread and butter operation and best return on investment should be, in my opinion, producing/selling large amounts of high priced hydrocarbons in California to make a profit ASAP. That'll build shareholder value the quickest in my book. Hope this isn't another..."Hey, look over there, its...superman". LOL In my opinion, they need to stop getting "distracted" with other money sink/unprofitable businesses (rig biz, copper mines, power biz, wireless communications?, gold?, etc) and just concentrate on their 43 year core business, which is Tri-Valley Oil & Gas!
