What it SAYS is .07 to .09 of a CENT (or more precisely, .07 to .09 "cents"). Same for the sale price. If that's wrong, then Mr. Galo should correct or clarify himself in a public statement. But based on the price of the stock, I'd say it's likely that he meant just what he said. It would on the order of a tenth of the price of the stock, which is a nice dividend by most any standard. I see no basis for believing it would be any higher than that. Sometimes, the devil really is in the details. That little decimal point could be big.
