Yeah, that big rise in July really surprised me; but I think that was because oil was also peaking around that time. Now that oil's dropping, it seems to be taking gold & silver down with it. However, who knows how things will be with the overall market by next summer; by then it may be a situation where a person will want to hold the metals even in the summer months because rising oil or a weakening dollar may be out of control. We'll just have to wait and see I guess. But I do think there will be quite a few more bank failures between now and next summer...and of course those silver shorts will have to cover someday as well.
