Well I grabbed another 5000 and someone else got 5000 and ARCA is still sitting there with more to sell at .27. Letting them go cheap for some reason.

OK so what's the deal with ARCA? We were told a month ago I think by Halcy that SBSH and ARCA were no longer exectuting trades on DKAM. I've tried routing to both several times and no go.

How do they just suddenly show up? Somebody try to queue an order to buy and see if it takes. You know it won't execute. Just route it to ARCA and see if it queues for tomorrow. Then cancel it.

This is hugely messed uo if the bad guys can use an ECN that nobody else has access to.
