It takes somewhere in the 2-3 month range for companies to uplist from the OTC to the AMEX or Nasdaq. Individual mileage can vary.

The quickest case I can remember is DGLY which announced last year that they applied for a Nasdaq listing on November 15th. They started trading on Nasdaq on January 2, 2008.
