A smidge over 450 million have traded since 8/1. If the shares were being given as payment to a third-party, they would be reflected in the O/S even though they hadn't yet been sold into the market by the recipient of those shares.
Song, I think we wondering about those shares in early august since they showed up in the o/s but we did not observe them being traded... I think there was a bit of a delay between time of issuance(& o/s increase) and the sale on the market
