This was posted on the yahoo longs board today, call from IR

I received a phone call the other day about the preferred stock plan
and the current status at Titan Oil and Gas. I stated that I would be
open to voting for a second tier of stock, but I would need to look at
the details.

The one positive that I got from the conversation was the fact that
TNOG is collecting oil in PA and will have its first sale when 150
barrels are in the holding tanks. Actual sale of oil and revenue on
the books should get some attention from investors.

Unless they can lay pipe themselves Eberle wont be hooked up anytime soon IMHO. They dont have the resources to lay the pipe. It would have to come from someone else. Until then I personally dont count on Eberle.

Regarding the rework, I agree we need an update as to the status, is it working as expected or is it not. Have there been any delays or is it on track.
