Looks like they took over a shell in june '07. Nice run up in price, then a long steady decline. Buying Volume however really started showing up in april 08. Has there been some dilution here? Has the co. been raising funds by selling shares? Are those funds being used well? The chart indicates a steady climp off the bottom (right side of the cup) which indicates that business is picking up.
