That's an open question to me right now, because I didn't follow the Ninny 19 during the period that closely.

Cox did that whole show with the other two Amigos on July 15th to get the markets attention -- with absolutely no preparation and no data. The whole "naked short" thing was his attempt to use Mr. Microphone like Benny and Hank have done forever.

Cox is impotent. His statements were weak. The SEC is going to become irrelevant with that kind of leadership.
