I don't understand what Big Apple means with "business plan for Spooz"?? I thought such a plan should long exist. Isn't that something one does BEFORE one even penetrates a market for sales?

My impression is that business plans are usually created to be presented to external entities. I wonder who these plans might eventually be shown to.
