My take in the divis iw simple...They WILL and have to go through with it as their rep is on the line and the promise put them into a corner..BUT my guess is that the divis relase to shareholders is not that bad if an idea..in fact, since Alan own a shit load of shares and the equity fund now will have 51%shareholding, it would be a good and legal way to fill their own poxkets big time...do they not as shareholders get a cut of the divis as well? Ya see what im saying...All the incentive is in releasing the divis ASAP , then the party starts$$$$$$$
