well, that talks about refining used cooking oil, which any moron can do in his garage. no mention of jatropha OR of PNMS, which of course is no surprise to you or me.
Used deep fat fryer oil is all they are talking about, which can basically be filtered and then run through a standard diesel engine. they claim to have done 100 gallons. Big whoop.
