The literal denotation of moribund is "almost dead" when Mike made that statement I was wondering if there was an intended double entendre there.

I think we put this issue to bed and realize that no one from the DOJ is going to come out and officially announce that the investigation is over and ERHC was clean.

From the answers of Peter, David and Jim re: questions of company growth, adding assets and/or financing the assets it appears to be a goal or objective of ERHC, rather than an achievement that is about to happen.

Philosphically, Peter and David want to grow the company to have other assets and sources of revenue. Pratically, it appears these endeavors continue to be in the formative stages.

Any real results appear to be a few months in the future.

That is OK with ERHC as they are prepared to be patient until opportunities are found that benefit the company and do not place any strains on ERHC's existing capital or shareholder value.

ERHC will continue to look until a win-win opportunity for ERHC and the shareholders is found and a profitable deal put together.

According to Jim, different assets in both North America and West Africa are being evaluated.

ERHC, acording to David, wants to follow the model of an investment capital compay in the oil-energy field - not owning companies outright but rather being a participating partner with a revenue producing oil-energy company.

IMHO, it appears ERHC is keeping its options open and looking until a really good opprtunity is found.

The exact details of the plans apparently are not operational at present.
