I believe you are right about the dilution attributed to the merger.

At that time I was expecting it but it never appeared.

The merger shares are restricted and we know they are in the hands of friendlies.

I don't know how long the shares are restricted but if held by friendlies it indicates they are well able to look to long term positions.

This means they won't just dump once restrictions are lifted.

Everyone is committed to the Production and Revenue Phase.

If projected Revenues and Production Targets are met or exceeded due to the high grade deposits we will all be comitted to long term committments and our stock price should rise significantly.

There is no doubt the float is small in relation to O/S and the LT Financing is phenominal.

We all wait eagerly for Prduction to begin and the completion of the Mill.
