#38452 RE: bdahl385 #38450

If you think about it logically, and not emotionally, isn't it hard for the street to properly value this stock when the actual assets are not even known???

bdahl, and that is the beauty of investing in Hemi!! It maybe hard for the street to value Hemi, but if you take a hard core look at what Hemi has acquired in property leases only it is not to hard to logical put together some valuation numbers.

In Tarrent count we are talking homeowners at these values not an entity that is in the O&G business. My point is that the Hemi leases, and six have already been revealed back in April, are parcels of property that are larger or equal to a property that has a home on it. In addition, the purpose of these leases are over and above just a straight $$ buyout of these Tarrent County leases, but even there Hemi will do well, $ in vs $ out. Logically speaking the person that looks hard at these Tarrent county leases of Hemi understands the bigger picture behind these Tarrent County leases.

In Sabine, same applies but bigger property lease available and again with the Haynesville unfolding another property for Hemi in the mix of this field development.

And finally Bakken, 640 acres of property in Divine/ Burke County again in the mix of a large field (Bakken) discovery.

So logically speaking one can very easily start developing some intended values of these Hemi lease holdings based on the information that is on record and is available if one does their research.

IMO, the emotionally part or party involved in Hemi is that person that throws out to the board a statement, positive or negative and has no backing to support their position.

Hemi Energy IMO is in a multi dimensional phase development involving O&G operational development (SEK leases), O&G value asset build up (lease acquisitions) and O&G negotiations discussions.

Emotion says "I need an answer now, today"; logic says an emerging business, such as Hemi, involved in these type of developments needs time to allow the plan and strategy to unfold to obtain the best deal or outcome.

The Hemi PR's are telling us what is occurring as these developments unfold, and logic is telling me to let time take it's course for Hemi to deliver.
