Tashi .... as to Ethanol plants ... you correctly noted that BLDV is NOT listed on the Renewable Fuels website. BLDV does not have an Ethanol plant. As to the subject of ethanol feedstocks ... that discussion is somewhat irrelevant as BLDV does NOT own an Ethanol plant. And sugarcane does come from the food supply too.
Only cellulosic ethanol and crops such as algae supply ethanol plants without affecting the food chain. Jatropha and palm nuts too but those are not available in the US at this time in any quantities.
One of the issues I had was that Moaning told Stervc that BLDV already OWNS a biodiesel plant. Not has offers on ... currently OWNS. I beleive that Mr. Moaning got caught telling Stervc a Fairy Tale and cut off communications when he saw his Fairy Tale in print on a message board.
It is easy for anyone including Moaning to send a number of low ball offers to existing biodiesel plants and then make the claim that he has three offers outstanding. Not ethically true, but strictly true. I do not believe the CEO to be treating his shareholders with respect in this instance.
AS to my other questions:
Where are the goats and the facilities that would be required to house and graze them?
Where are the audited financial statements that are claimed to exist??
I do NOT believe that Mr. Moaning will release any press release of any substance anytime soon. The SEC is watching alternative energy stocks very closely and you may have noticed a number of high profile recent charges being laid. USSE is an example of another CEO who was making some grandiose claims. GLTY
