The only argument against dilution besides what people say is the low volume recently. One recent morning there wasn't even any activity at open for BIH. Then it started in the .03's. On the other hand, since none of knows all the details, it is hard to be sure of anything.

i think there was dilution at RDWG the other day, but the next day the stock doubled during the day. .0005 to .001. It did close a little lower, That doesn't make sense either. From the postings, it appears that this happens over and over, but not with such hugh activity.
