Why would you need the word of an IR guy or a CEO announcement to clarify the stock distribution? Without a filing their words mean nothing, anyway.

A/S is 1,000,000,000 which is fairly typical of OTCBB & Pinksheet companies. Recent dilution will probably have the O/S in the range of 2X the August 1 number.

The pressure on the PPS is higher. In the absence of continued dilution, the recipients of the .0005 shares are going to be super happy, real soon. At .0008, they should be super happy, already.

We need this addressed, we were just about to head back over .002 when they dumped 500 millin shares and another 400 million shares all in a very short period of time, there is no way those numbers match up, It was NSS and some panic selling also, I am just pissed off that there are all of those shares out there now at these lows that can get flipped on the way back up, we all worked hard to get this stock back up, and I worked so hard I just wanted to make sure these NSS go to prison for life for what they pulled on us on Thursday, let's hope that a couple of good PR's can get us back up in the .003 to .005 area so we can had back into pennies soon, a few of us have worked way too hard and given way too many hours for this to have happened to us.
