power forward,I posted earlier, why the TA cannot give out that information, a reduction in float is a MATERIAL, MATERAL, MATERAL change, how much clearer can I be?

A MATERAL change is any change that would or could EFFECT the PPS by its disclosure.

A Material change cannot be discussed by Transfer Agents, must come from the company in the form of publication for ALL to READ!!!!!

The TA can only give out information that has been published if that information would be a Material change and effect the PPS. IT'S called insider information, what every down toutter complains about constaintly.

So if 59 billion was the last published anount that is what they will tell you.
TA is not gaged, they are only following the insider info rules.
