spoke: I would have to look this up to be sure, but doesn't that 40,000,000 shares include the 13,333,333 warrants @ 25c. If so, then to get to the extra 40 mil shares, NV would receive over $3 mil in cash.

Also, do you know what the float would be on the $120 mil shares outstanding?
