to sell at the pop if, and when, they uplist, and buy back after it settles back down again. I think you may see a bit of a spike before it moves down to it's comfort zone. Much like the other events that have sparked a spike in the past. It always returns back (or below.) The uplisting is not an indication the company is productive or revenues are good.
