Ksquared...Thanks, Oregon is up & down with weather as well. Right here in Portland in the last two weeks we have had Sunny 70 degree days, rain so fast & hard it flooded most intersections, fog you couldn't drive through, snow, ice, hail, and then more sun. It really gives the 'ol arthritis a mixed signal.
About our new home, we are all still finding out about the features and Matt is still adding them.
