I did not say there was no opt out clause. I said it was a five year $40 million contract.

From business experience it seems quite logical to believe that they SETTLED with Morgan McClure when it became very evident that they could not continue to support the #4 team to the extent required.
You must remember that a rep from Morgan McClure was sitting on Aero's board at that time as well.
There were some questions then of Conflict of Interest.

As I said, very irresponsible financial decision by Aero.
