I agree that they will test for the artefact before advancing, but I dont agree it can be laid to rest and I cant agree that it has been established for CX1942.

Where is the data? What level of drug administration over what time period has been tested to be "without artefact"

As for the lack of a "class effect", again, where is the data? what drugs have been shown to be without such effects at what doses and for how long an exposure time. Assumptions that CX516 didnt show it, means little since exposure was difficult to achieve and that Org24448 doesnt show it "because organon hasnt said anything" is somewhat less than "proof"...
