But my question is, how could they use Subway's name in their PR's without the PR's being legit. Couldn't they get sued or something. I would think if the PR's were BS they wouldn't mention a well known and respected company like Subway. I don't know....just a thought.
You are right Green Fan in your statement. Here is another hint, Warren Buffett is a "value investor". If he looked at this stock he would say it is still overvalued at one cent.
The idea behind penny stock and making good returns is buying from a company that is undervalued. This is clearly not the case with this stock and that all goes back to management.
