Don't be worried about it. If they don't file, it isn't because of the CEO. He said the guy has everything to file and thinks it could be today or tomorrow. It is not in his hands though, so we can't hold it against him.
I am posting this to share the info, but am not holding anybody to it as they have until the 15th anyway.
Don't be surprised if the market takes time to notice as well rather than it be an immediate bang. The volume needs to build first, so I will be pleasantly surprised if we get an immediate huge run as opposed to a steady sustained climb (also positive).
