Well, I can't really DD to verify any of your claims of personal experience with him, all I can do is look at what MDOR says they're going to do, and what they really do. PV isn't associated with this in any way that I've seen.
MDOR is not SLJB. This management is not that management. I guess we will see what happens. Their plant equipment has arrived, so soon we'll see if they're going to deliver.
