That house was sold last year. I don't know if he was the buyer or seller. If he was the buyer he got ripped off, if he was the seller he did ok. On yahoo, someone posted Baron's is being sued. My guess is he was the seller of that house because he needs the cash. Maybe Ignala knew the company is going downhill, so when Hayter offered this deal he jumped at it. Ignala probably got a bunch of shares and immediately dumped them. That would explain the huge increase in the float. It's all becoming more clear now. Baron's is probably close to bankruptcy.
