I am new to the board.

and have been watching. listening. following.

Why are the funders of such deals bad? How come you dont talk about the companys?

Isnt it corporate management that decided to take the financing in the first place? isnt it management that should be blamed for a reduced share price?

who has gotten fired in the large cap stocks that have failed? MANAGEMENT. not the investors who gave the company a chance.

You guys are shareholders of some of these companys? Did you offer these companys money? if not then i dont think you can say much.

I dont really know this space but i cant see how the investors can kill a company. they obviously dont make a thing if that happens. so that doesnt make sense.
