Apply some logic to your own question Hedgeman.

Why does not showing up on the list mean that they aren't still active at the same level they were before? What if the others increased their PIPE deals exponentially and now surpassed what NIR did last year? You can't infer that NIR decreased their level of involvement because they arent shown on the list when its just as likely that the others increased theirs instead.

I never said or insinuated that they "conceal their investments". That is your own specualtion and not mine.
