I was asking folks to put themselves in the shoes of a PP participant. I assure you I own shares.

The investors were not told the PP 144 requirements MIGHT not be met in the 1 year holding period. They were only told the conditions of the PP 144 offering.

I don't think Rich is dishonest; I just think he shouldn't be running a company.

And, I work for myself in private industry, and I make a lot of money. I genuinely want Tara to do well because I have a lot of money involved; I just don't like mindless cheerleaders howling at the moon.
