I found out about the dilution about two days ago.
I tried to reach the various parties in the company
to no avail. I decided that since they have decided
not to respond to shareholders with answers in regard
to dilution, share structure, things pertinent to the
value of the company for on or about a year I have just
had enough. If you use a chart you will see that this
stock has been grinded down to almost zero over the last
year and a half, and may I say in a very orderly way.
Shareholders have been treated like shit by people who have
no investment in this company and they have drastically altered the value of this company by their actions.
I emailed the company yesterday through Mr Hicton and
Biddick explaining the situation and advising them that
I have already contacted some regulartory bodies and that
if I do not hear from them regarding this matter and other
issues I will proceed as I also want to protect my rights
as a shareholder. They have had ample time to address many
issues but have not for over one year. By the way I called
Resnakoff, Ward, Adams & Diddick yeaterday with no one answering and I have not received any replies from them
as of this writing. I am going to be out of the country
from Mid August until the end of August and I am in the
process of getting the forms and paperwork ready so this
will be done one way or another before I leave.
I have given them, the courtesy of replying but I do not
anticipate that they will and that is that.
As far as I am concerned the shareholders have been left
out in the cold and I find in light of all things that
have transpired over the last year and a half to be abusive
of shareholders rights. After all people put thier hard
earned money into this company not to see it fail but
succeed. Their cady and abusive tactics will be judged by
others in the coming months. it seems that they think that
they are above it all because they are a pink sheet stock,
but the reality is they are no different then NYSE companies
as they are public and solicit for people to invest by
virtue of the REGDEX as one means of rasing capital and
gettig additonal shareholders. You just cannot take people's
money and keep them in the dark.
