They'll be worthless in proving shorting of the stock (see 2future4u's post I was replying to).

- We weren't part of Hoarizi at 12/31/2007 (I hate to make that statement as I believe that Hoarizi was never tied to this stock in the first place). And GLCC was not trading at that point.

- 12/31/2008 statements will be too late. This stock will probablty have mutated (R/M'd) two more times by the end of the year.

So, unfortunately....yes, the audits will be relatively worthless if done on the 12/31/07 or 08 statements. Now...6/30/08 statements would be a different story, but that would probably be a semi-annual review. I'd love to see that done, but I woul say the odds of that are minimal.
